I was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania and moved to Northern Virginia in 2005. I attended Allegheny College and University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine. Following graduation, I headed to Hawaii with the US Army for my residency and then 5 years of active duty service, including a tour in Iraq. I have a 1 1/2 year old daughter, Karen, and a wonderful husband, Tom. I have a passion for cosmetic dentistry and treating kids.  In my free time, I love playing volleyball and spending time with my family.

Stephen Lanier, DDS

I am a true Northern Virginian. I was born in Alexandria and attended the University of Richmond for undergrad. I then attended the Medical College of Virginia and spent 2.5 years in the Army. I have been practicing dentistry here since 1976. I have been married for 35 years with 2 sons and 3 beautiful grandchildren. I like nothing more than playing golf on a sunny day.
